If you do not wish to apply online, paper applications can be accepted in our local branches. If a paper application is submitted, your application fee must be paid in certified funds.

After receipt of physical documentation containing personal information, this is then transmitted to electronic form and all physical documentation is shredded by a professional disposal company.
