We collect the following types of information about you:
Personal Information: For purposes of this Privacy Statement, “Personal Information” means information that would allow someone to identify or contact you or your computing device. Security: We care about the security of your information and use what we believe to be commercially reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all Personal Information collected through the Services.
When we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data); that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. After we receive physical documentation containing personal information, such documents are converted to electronic form and all physical documentation is shredded by a professional disposal company. You can verify transfer encryption by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, leasing agents) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Ability to Submit Personal Information in Writing: Please note that for individuals interested in leasing a home from Main Street Renewal, we offer the online application as a convenience, but we do not require that applications be submitted online. If you do not wish to apply online, paper applications can be accepted in our local branches. If a paper application is submitted, your application fee must be paid in certified funds.

Main Street Renewal does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register as users. The Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
